Chilean Cider

A tasty apple cider.

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Apples, thawed
1 oz. DOLE Seedless Raisins
2 oz. apple juice
1 oz. Fresh Agave Sour
1 oz. ginger ale

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Muddle apples and raisins in shaker.  Combine apple juice and agave sour in shaker with ice.  Shake vigorously and pour into glass with ice.
  2. Top with ginger ale and additional ice.  Garnish with cinnamon sugar, if desired.
