Waldorf Salad
A refreshing and crunchy salad.
Ingredients
4 fl. oz. (½ cup) apple cider vinegar
⅓ cup canola oil
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
24 oz. (4 cups) DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Apples thawed
2-½ cups red grapes halved
4 oz. (1 cup) chopped walnuts toasted
¾ cup celery sliced
12 butter lettuce leaves
as needed crumbled feta cheese
Directions
- Whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in bowl.
- Combine apples, grapes, walnuts and celery in large bowl. Add dressing to taste; toss to coat.
- Portion salad using #8 scoop onto lettuces leaves.
- Garnish with cheeses, if desired
