Caribbean Caesar Salad
Classic Caesar salad with an island twist.
INGREDIENTS:
1 package (10 oz.)

Caesar Salad Kit

12 to 13 oz. (2 cups)
|
frozen DOLE Tropical Gold Pineapple Chunks
|
5 to 6 oz. (1 cup)
|
frozen DOLE Mango Chunks partially thawed
|

boneless skinless chicken breast halves
|
3 tablespoons
|
lime juice
|
1/2 cup
|
DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas partially thawed

DIRECTIONS:
- Broil or grill chicken breast 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
- Toss lettuce mixture and croutons from salad bag with pineapple and mango chunks, in large bowl.
- Slice chicken breasts and place on salad with bananas.
- Stir lime juice and dressing from packet until blended in small bowl. Drizzle over chicken and salad.
