Caribbean Caesar Salad

Classic Caesar salad with an island twist.

1 package (10 oz.) Caesar Salad Kit
12 to 13 oz. (2 cups) frozen DOLE Tropical Gold Pineapple Chunks
5 to 6 oz. (1 cup) frozen DOLE Mango Chunks partially thawed
3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas partially thawed


  1. Broil or grill chicken breast 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. 
  2. Toss lettuce mixture and croutons from salad bag with pineapple and mango chunks, in large bowl.
  3. Slice chicken breasts and place on salad with bananas.
  4. Stir lime juice and dressing from packet until blended in small bowl.  Drizzle over chicken and salad.
