Strawberry Balsamic Fruit Tarts

15 oz. (1 pkg) refrigerated pie crust(s)
2 tbsp turbinado sugar
8 oz. (1 pkg) cream cheese, softened
4 oz. vanilla lowfat yogurt
2 tbsp powdered sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.  On flat surface, cut 18 rounds from each pie crust with a 2-3/8-inch round cutter (biscuit/cookie).
  2. Sprinkle each round lightly with sugar; press lightly onto pastry.  With fork prick several holes in each round.  Press round into mini 1-3/4-inch muffin cups, pressing pastry to sides of cup.
  3. Bake 9 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned; cool slightly.  Carefully remove from pan.  Cool completely.
  4. Whisk together cream cheese, yogurt and powdered sugar. Chill 1 hour or overnight.
  5. Fill each tart shell with about 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture.  Top each tart with diced strawberries and a splash of balsamic glaze.
