Creamy Pineapple Parfait

A quick and easy parfait recipe with pineapple.

2 lb (4-1/2 cups) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple
48 oz (6 cups) sour cream
13.6 oz (2-1/2 cups) vanilla flavor instant pudding
12 oz (3/4 cup) whipping cream, whipped
24 maraschino cherries


  1. Beat together reserved pineapple juice, sour cream and vanilla instant pudding mix until creamy.
  2. Layer 5 tablespoons pudding and 3 tablespoons crushed pineapple in each 5-ounce parfait glass.
  3. Garnish each parfait with 1 tablespoon whipped cream and maraschino cherry.
