Asian Ginger Dipping Sauce
This is a great sauce to serve with Vietnamese Pineapple Spring Rolls.
INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cups
seasoned rice vinegar
1 cup
less sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons
hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons
plum sauce
2 tablespoons
sesame oil
2 tablespoons
grated ginger
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk
together vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin, sauce, plum sauce, sesame oil and ginger in small bowl, until blended. Makes about 3 cups.
