Mango and Chai Fruit Tea Glaze
This is a sauce that adds a lot of flavor without adding fat or calories, serve over chicken or fish.
Ingredients
3 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes
1 cup water
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 chai flavored tea bag
Directions
- Combine mango, water and sugar in medium saucepan; bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cut off top of tea bag and pour contents into mango mixture; stirring to blend well. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 15 to 30 minutes for flavors to blend. Serve over cooked chicken or fish.
