Dole Pineapple Pizza with Smoked Bacon

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz. fresh pizza dough
3 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
3 oz. DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts, Pineapple Cubes
1 oz. smoked bacon

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Stretch pizza dough and top with tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, pineapple cubes and smoked bacon. Cook pizza in the oven for 3-4 minutes at 750 degrees.
