Pineapple Mango Salsa

This is a tropical salsa which is great to go over grilled chicken or pork or serve with tortillas.

1 cup DOLE® Frozen Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
1 cup frozen DOLE Mango Chunks, partially thawed
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped DOLE Green Onion
1 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
2 tsp jalapeno chiles, chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 to 1 tsp grated lime peel


  1. Combine pineapple chunks, mango chunks, bell peppers, onion, cilantro, chiles, lime juice and lime peel in small bowl. Serve salsa at room temperature or slightly chilled. Serve salsa over grilled chicken breasts or fish fillets.
