Peach Pineapple Punch

A delicious blend of peach and pineapple.

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (46 oz) DOLE® Pineapple Juice
1 quart apple juice
3 cups frozen DOLE Sliced Peaches, partially thawed
1-1/2 cups, partially thawed frozen DOLE Tropical Gold® Pineapple Chunks
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp slivered fresh mint leaves

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine pineapple juice, apple juice, peach slices,  pineapple chunks and sugar in a punch bowl; add sliced mint leaves. Let stand at least 1 hour. Serve over ice cubes or additional frozen fruit.
