Venetian Pizza

Simple to make and simply delicious

INGREDIENTS:

1 (12- inch) pizza crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup (8 oz.) pizza sauce
1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 can (8 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
2 tablespoons red or green bell pepper slices
2 tablespoons chopped DOLE Green Onion

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Brush crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with pineapple tidbits, pepperoni, bell pepper and green onion.
  2. Bake at 425°F., 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown
