Waldorf Salad with Apples Grapes Walnuts in Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
3 medium DOLE® Granny Smith Apples, thinly sliced
to taste Salt and ground black pepper
1-1/4 cups DOLE Red Grapes, halved
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
1/2 cup DOLE Celery, thinly sliced
6 leaves DOLE Butter Lettuce leaves

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine vinegar, oil, honey and mustard in small bowl
  2. Season with salt
  3. Stir together apples, grapes, walnuts and celery in medium bowl.
  4. Divide evenly on butter lettuce leaves and serve.
