Vietnamese Cinnamon Drink
A refreshing drink that blends banana and cinnamon together.
INGREDIENTS:

DOLE® Fresh Frozen Sliced Bananas, partially thawed

2 oz.
|
Fresh Agave Sour (recipe below)
|
1-1/4 oz.
|
rum
|
1 oz.
|
ginger ale
|
1/8 teaspoon
|
ground Saigon cinnamon
|
garnish,
|
cinnamon stick
|
DIRECTIONS:
Combine bananas, rum, cinnamon, agave sour in shaker with ice; shake vigorously. Pour into glass; top with additional ice and ginger ale. Garnish with cinnamon stick, if desired.
- Variation: Remove rum for a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage.
- Fresh Agave Sour: Combine 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 cup fresh lime juice, 1 cup water and 1-1/2 cups agave nectar in 1/2 gallon container. Whisk to stir completely. Store chilled; shake before use. Makes about 1 quart.
