Banana Spiced Rum Daiquiri

3 oz. DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas
1 oz. Fresh Agave Sour (recipe below)
1 oz. agave nectar
3/4 oz. spiced rum
3/4 oz. coconut rum
1 glass of ice
whipped cream
Cinnamon Sugar


  1. Combine bananas, agave sour, agave nectar, spiced rum, coconut rum and ice in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with whipped cream, banana slice and cinnamon sugar, if desired.
  3. Fresh Agave Sour: Combine 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 cup fresh lime juice, 1 cup water and 1-1/2 cups agave nectar in 1/2 gallon container.  Whisk to stir completely.  Store chilled.  Shake well before use.  Makes about 1 quart.
