Exotic Mandarin Orange and Pineapple Salsa

This is a great dessert salsa which can be served over angel food cake, frozen yogurt or sorbet

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Pacific Pineapple Salsa (recipe link below)
12 oz. DOLE® Mandarin Oranges, drained
2 oz. orange juice concentrate
2 oz. triple sec

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine pineapple salsa, mandarin oranges, juice concentrate and triple sec in bowl. Toss to combine. Refrigerate for service.
