Louisiana Cajun Pineapple Pizza

This has the Cajun seasoning with chicken, pineapple and bell peppers for a New Orleans-style pizza.

INGREDIENTS:

1 (12-inch) pizza crust
4 oz. (1/2 cup) pizza sauce
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning blend
6 oz. (6 slices) mozzarella or provolone cheese
3 oz. (1/2 cup) chopped cooked chicken breasts
1.5 oz. (1/4 cup) green bell pepper, finely chopped
8 red bell pepper, thinly sliced into rings
5.25 oz. (3/4 cup) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Spread pizza sauce over crust.  Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning over sauce.  Top with cheese.
  2. Toss chicken with remaining 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning and sprinkle over cheese.  Top with chopped green bell pepper, red bell pepper rings and pineapple tidbits.
  3. Bake at 450 F., 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
