Grilled Shrimp and Pineapple Pizza

There is an Alfredo and pesto sauce for this pizza topped with grilled shrimp, pineapple and leaks, which would be great to serve as an appetizer.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup bottled Alfredo sauce
3 tablespoons bottled pesto
1 (12-inch) pizza crust
4 oz. grilled or cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
7 oz. (1 cup) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained
1 leeks, thinly sliced (white part only)
1/4 cup red or green bell pepper, chopped
3 oz. (3/4 cup) mozzarella cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine Alfredo sauce and pesto.
  2. Place crust on pizza pan and spread with sauce mixture.
  3. Distribute shrimp, pineapple, leek and bell pepper over crust.  Top with cheese.
  4. Bake at 450°F for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and toppings are hot.
