Nordic Mushroom Pizza
This pizza is for any mushroom lover!
INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon

olive oil
|
12 oz.
|
assorted mushrooms, sliced
|

clove garlic, finely chopped
|
1 teaspoon
|
salt
|
1 (12-inch)
|
pizza crust
|
1/3 cup
|
herb cheese spread
|
1/4 cup
|
chopped fresh basil leaves
|
1 cup
|
DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained
|
1-1/4 cups (5 oz.)
|
Swiss cheese, shredded
|
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oil in large non-stick skillet. Add mushrooms and cook stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes. Stir in garlic and salt, cook one minute.
- Spread cheese spread over crust. Sprinkle mushrooms over cheese. Top with basil and pineapple. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
- Bake at 425°F., 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
