Ole Pineapple Pizza

This is a Mexican style pizza with taco ground bee, refried beans, salsa and cheese.

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 cup red onion, diced
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
1 cup refried beans or mashed black beans
1/4 cup enchilada sauce
1/4 cup chunky salsa
1 (12-inch) thin pizza crust, partially cooked
1-1/2 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded
1-1/2 cups DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts, Pineapple Cubes
2 tablespoons jalapeno chili, minced
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Cook ground beef, onion and taco seasoning in large skillet until beef is browned and onion tender. 
  3. Spread beans on crust.  Combine enchilada and salsa sauces and spread evenly over beans.  Top with beef mixture and pineapple cubes.  Sprinkle with cheese and jalapeno. 
  4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.  Sprinkle cilantro over pizza.
