Grilled Onion Alpine Pizza

This pizza combines, caramelized onions with bacon, cheeses and pineapple.

2 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 (12-inch) pizza crust
1/2 cup bottled Alfredo sauce
8 slices sliced Canadian bacon, cut into quarters
1 cup (4 oz.) provolone cheese, shredded
1 cup DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained
1/2 cup (2 oz.) crumbled feta cheese


  1. Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray.  Over high heat cook onions until browned stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
  2. Spoon Alfredo sauce over pizza crust. Top with Canadian bacon, grilled onions and sprinkle with Provolone cheese.   Distribute pineapple over cheese and sprinkle with Feta.

  3. Bake at 425°F., 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
