Raspberry Mousse Frappe

2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
3 ounces DOLE® Fresh Frozen Raspberries
2 ounces raspberry liquor
2 ounces white crème de cacao liquor
3 scoops vanilla bean ice cream


  1. Spread chocolate sauce on small plate.  Invert large wine glasses in syrup to coat rims.  Chill glasses upright until ready to use.
  2. Add raspberries, raspberry liquor, crème de cacao and ice cream in blender container.  Cover; blend until smooth.  Pour into chocolate rimmed chilled glasses.  Garnish with additional raspberries and fresh mint, if desired.
