Strawberry Pineapple Hawaiian Shaved Ice
Light and fluffy shaved ice topped with a sweet strawberry sauce and diced pineapple finished with a sweetened condensed milk drizzle and toasted coconut.

STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE HAWAIIAN SHAVED ICE INGREDIENTS:
| 5 quarts | Shaved Ice |
|---|---|
| 2½ cups | Strawberry Sauce, sub-recipe |
| 1¼ cups | DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes, thawed |
| ¾ Tablespoon | Sweetened Condensed Milk |
| ¾ Tablespoon | Toasted Coconut |
STRAWBERRY SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
| 1 cup | DOLE Chef-Ready Frozen Strawberry Purée, thawed |
|---|---|
| ½ Cup | Water |
| ½ Cup | Lime Juice, fresh |
STRAWBERRY SAUCE DIRECTIONS:
- In a medium sauce pan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Chill completely before use.
TO SERVE:
- Add 2 Cups shaved ice to serving cup and top with ¼ cup Strawberry Sauce, 2 Tablespoons pineapple cubes and 1 Tablespoon sweetened condensed milk drizzle. Garnish with sprinkle of 1 Tablespoon toasted coconut.
