chopped fresh basil leaves
mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 splash lime juice
6 small ice cubes
1-1/2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce pear or peach liqueur
2 ounce DOLE® Pineapple Juice
or  DOLE Chef-Ready Pineapple Puree

Steps

STEP1
Ingredients

3 basil leaves
3 mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 splash lime juice
6 small ice cubes

Direction

Muddle together basil, mint, sugar, lime juice, and ice in shaker.

STEP2
Ingredients

1-1/2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. pear or peach liqueur
2 oz. DOLE Pineapple Juice or DOLE Chef-Ready Pineapple Puree

Direction

Add gin, liqueur, pineapple juice and enough ice to fill the shaker glass.  Shake vigorously.

STEP3

Strain into chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a skewer of basil wrapped pineapple chunk.
